From humble beginnings as a small home based business, Byron Bay Gourmet Foods, has grown into an international producer of gourmet crispbreads.  The unique wafer thin crisp texture and subtle flavours make it the perfect product to complement cheeses, pates & dips for entertaining or as a snack on their own. 

Still a family owned business, operating on the Gold Coast the crispbreads can be purchased from David Jones, gourmet food stores and delicatessens nationally and are exported to USA, Canada, UK, Europe and Japan.

The Falwasser range of crispbreads produced by Byron Bay Gourmet Foods continues to be a favourite among the gourmet delis throughout Australia.

All products are made with natural ingredients and contain no preservatives or artificial colours.
